Learn More About the Family Resource Network (FRN)
Who are we? What do we do? How are we funded?
The FRN has trained staff who have personal experience and are available to support you, provide information and resources, and assist you in navigating various services and agencies. Most staff have a child or family member who has a developmental delay or disability, so they will listen with an understanding ear – they, too have “been there”. The FRN serves Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. All services are provided at no cost.
The FRN receives funding from the following sources:
- California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to support Early Start families.
- Heluna Health for the Community Navigator Program.
- California Department of Education (CDE) for the Family Empowerment Center.
